Letter from George Nicol to Ann Flinders (1 of 2) (FLI06) Page 2

two nights ago —— I dreamt I was sent
for to the Admiralty, where the names of
Aƒtronomers, Draughtsmen, Naturaliƒts &c
were given me, who they said were to have
a share of the Profits of Capt Flinders' Voyage.
This I moƒt strenuously opposed, and said,
that I was employed by Capt Flinders
to publish his Voyage, and would be
accountable to Nobody but his Family
for the Profits ——- This is so near my
waking Sentiments, that I very much
approve of my Dream. ——
Wm Nicol is out of Town, but Margaret
desires to join me, in kind regards to
your Mother, Siƒter, & my little Friend. —
Believe me ever My Dear Madam
      Yours moƒt sincerely
          George Nicol
