        My Lords Commiƒsioners of
the Admiralty having had under their
consideration a Letter from the
Transport Board, of the 11^th     March last,
together with a Letter from M^r Peel
of the 11^th     Instant, written by direction
of the Secretary of State for the Colonial
Department, on the subject of your
Application of the 19^th     February for the
release of the Five Prisoners of War
named in the Margin in order that
they might return to the Isle of France;
I am commanded to acquaint you that
