Letter from Matthew Flinders to Ann Flinders (41 of 41) (FLI25) Page 2

cried about him
If no disappointment arises in this conveyance, I shall
be in town on friday, tomorrow evening; but as it is possible
some may arise, if I am not at home before nine o'clock, you
may be certain that I shall not arrive before Saturday morning.
The time appointed to go off for the Isle of Wight is nearly
arrived; so that I have only time to say, that I am in good health,
and that I received thy letter and that from Labauve, two or three
days after I had seen young Boucherville.
Love to all, from       Thine most affectionately
                                  Mattw Flinders
