        My Lords Commiƒsioners of
the Admiralty having had under their
consideration a Letter from the
Transport Board, of the 11th     March last,
together with a Letter from Mr Peel
of the 11th     Instant, written by direction
of the Secretary of State for the Colonial
Department, on the subject of your
Application of the 19th     February for the
release of the Five Prisoners of War
named in the Margin in order that
they might return to the Isle of France;
I am commanded to acquaint you that
their Lordships have directed the

                  Transport Captain Matthew Flinders
          7 Naƒsau Street - Soho


Transport Board to allow the Persons
in question to go to the Isle of France
on their Parole. I am
