or others of them, or for the acts, receipts or de- -faults of the other; but each of them, for his or her own acts, deeds, receipts, and defaults only; nor for any loƒs that may happen to the said trust of monies, property &c or any part thereof by failure of any security on which the same may be placed out of interest, unleƒs the same shall happen by their or one of their wilful neglect or default.	Nor for failure of securities unleƒs arising from neglect or de- -fault
