Dispensing order given
for passing my accounts

Admiralty Office. 10th November. 1810.


Sir,

      Having laid before my Lords
Commiƒsioners of the Admiralty your letter
of the 8th instant, requesting that a
certificate may be granted to you of
the receipt in this office of such of
the Logbooks, charts, accounts, and
remarks, as you have transmitted hither
under the instructions which you received
on sailing in the "Investigator", to enable
you to paƒs your accounts; I am commanded
to acquaint you that the certificate which
you request will be prepared and
delivered to you; and that an order
is given to the Navy Board to dispense
with the production of those papers
that

that have not been received here.
      Having also communicated
to their Lordships your letter of the
8th inst. wherein you request that
your papers which were lost in the
wreck of the "Porpoise", and others,
that were destroyed under particular
circumstances, may be dispensed with;
I am commanded by their Lordships
to acquaint you that an order is
given, accordingly.
